Gaetan Ah Kang is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Gaetan spent the first six years of his career working in the UK in an audit firm. He returned to Mauritius in 1992 and joined De Chazal Du Mee in an Audit role. He subsequently moved to the Risk and Audit team of the Rogers Group in 1994 before he became the Finance Manager of the Rogers Group Engineering Cluster in 1999. Since 2004 Gaetan is the Group Finance Director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Taylor Smith Group. He is also a director of Lavastone Ltd listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

Colin joined the Rogers Group in the Automotive Division in 1987. He was appointed Manager of the Taylor Smith Engineering Division in 1991 and was promoted to Managing Director three years later. He was appointed Executive Director of the Rogers Group Engineering Cluster in 1999 and has been CEO of Taylor Smith Group since 2004. Colin has a Bsc (Hons) in Engineering and Business Studies and an MSC in Management. He is also the Chairman of Lavastone Ltd and director of Cim Financial Services Ltd both companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

Caoilfhionn Anne Van Der Walt is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with over 25 years’ experience in international taxation. Caoilfhionn is Irish and holds an MSc in Pure Maths. She started her career in tax consulting at Arthur Andersen in London, and thereafter joined SA multinational Sasol, based in Johannesburg where she worked for 9 years as the head of International Tax. In 2017, Caoilfhionn Anne Van Der Walt founded Regan van Rooy, a pan-African tax advisory firm. She has been based in Mauritius since 2019 and currently acts as the Managing Partner for the Regan van Rooy group of companies.

Sharmila Chakowa is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Fellow Member of the Private Wealth & Family Office Association (Swiss Certified). She is a finance and private wealth management expert with more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She specialises in finance, risk management and compliance matters, amongst others. From 2008 to 2020, she was the Local Representative and Executive Director of CLSA (Mauritius) Limited, a Global Business Company with investment dealer, investment advisor and CIS manager licenses from the Financial Services Commission. She acted as Managing Partner of Temple Corporate Services Ltd and Corporate Support Services Ltd from 2004 until 2008. Throughout her tenure, she has acted as Independent Director on a number of companies incorporated in the global business sector. She currently sits on the Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of Mauritius along with being an independent director on other Boards.

Laurent Bourgault du Coudray graduated in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University in Perth, Australia, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He has worked over four years in Perth providing corporate and international tax services before joining United Investments Limited in January 2013 where he acted as Project Manager and Business Developer. With a focus on the hospitality sector, Laurent joined in April 2019 one of UIL’s investees, namely Attitude Hospitality Management Ltd, as the Chief Business Development Officer.

His expertise and experience include Management and Leadership.

Vincent Labat graduated as a Chemical Engineer. From 1996 to 2009, he was the Managing Director of Les Gaz Industriels Ltd., a listed company. He was first appointed to the Board of Directors of MCFI Limited in October 2006. In 2010, he joined Medine Ltd as Project Development Executive. In July the following year, he was appointed Managing Director of the Agriculture Cluster, until end 2018. In 2019, he was appointed as General Manager of the Mauritian Commodities and Applied Solutions Services (MCAS). He was appointed Chairman of Les Gaz Industriels Ltd. on 23^rd May 2026.
