Lone Pine Distilling has its roots in western Canada, between the Rocky Mountain peaks and sweeping golden prairies of Alberta. The distillery is located in the heart of Edmonton, on the south side of the North Saskatchewan river, tucked away between Calgary Trail and Gateway Boulevard.

Lone Pine Distilling was founded by two close friends, inspired by years of sipping spirits and sharing conversations around the campfire at the cabin, where a lone pine stands watch over the site.

When Alberta’s post-Prohibition legislation was finally updated at the end of 2013 to allow for the existence of micro-distilleries– the dream of operating an independent local distillery became impossible to resist.

We aim to honour and celebrate our Alberta roots by using regionally sourced ingredients, products and services, including the contributions of skilled local producers and craftspeople in our community.

Field Corn Vodka transforms the bounty of Alberta’s corn fields into a smooth and mellow spirit, with a subtle sweetness imparted by the kernels during distillation.

The sole source of this craft spirit is choice Alberta-grown corn.

Distilled 20 times through our 18-foot-high twin-column still to ensure the cleanest and smoothest taste – the flavour of this understated ingredient is polished until it shines.

The label for our Field Corn Vodka was inspired by the bright yellow hue of ripe Alberta corn that’s been freshly harvested from the field.
